Eugene P. Harsh, 64, of Lititz, PA, passed away on February 25, 2019 at home with his wife by his side. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Roy and Betty (Hill) Harsh. Gene was the loving husband of 39 years to Gwen (Geiman) Harsh. He was a 1973 graduate of McCaskey High School. Gene worked in printing for many years at Acorn Press and Brenneman Printing. Gene was also a woodworker by trade and made many beautiful pieces. He enjoyed vacationing with his family, especially at Virginia Beach and Disney World. Gene liked spending time with his family and friends. Surviving in addition to his wife, Gwen, and his parents, Roy and Betty are his two children: Eric and Amber Harsh; a brother, Jim Harsh, husband of Sally Baca; and a sister, Gail Hartigan, wife of Thomas. A viewing will take place from 10-11 AM with a Funeral Service to begin at 11 AM on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Grace Church, 62 Hahnstown Road, Ephrata, PA 17522. Gene will be laid to rest at Memory Gardens, Ephrata.
