IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Erica A.
Mensah
February 1, 1995 – November 12, 2020
Erica A. Mensah, 25, passed away at her Akron home on Thursday 11/12/2020. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to Philip K. Mensah of New York and Alice B. (Bockarie) Mensah of Lancaster.
Erica graduated from Manheim Township High School and was attending online classes through the Borough of Manhattan Community College. She was a wonderful stay at home mother to her three children, Kian Clark, Sophia Scott and Isabella Scott.
She was a loving and caring person, who dearly loved her family. She enjoyed reading, interior design, and listening to R&B music, especially Jhené Aiko, with "Eternal Sunshine" being Erica's favorite song. Erica was so happy to be able to realize her dream in becoming a model.
Erica was very spiritual, and she liked things on a deep level. Erica adored butterflies, the phases of the moon, and the stars; one of her favorite pastimes being gazing up at the stars during meaningful conversation. Her main goal on earth was to spread love. Erica's life passion was to start her own business to help and inspire others with mental health issues.
Loving family that survive Erica include her parents Philip and Alice Mensah; her dear children, Kian Clark, Sophia Scott and Isbella Scott; her boyfriend Brennan Scott; her siblings, Rosetta Mensah, James Mensah, Kent Mensah, Mark Mensah, Vivien Mensah, Gideon Mensah, Felix Mensah, Constance Mensah and Augustine Mensah; as well as her dearest friends, Angela Ochieng and Lisa Cooper.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a viewing on Friday, November 20, 2020 from 10 to 11 AM, followed by the celebration of Erica's life at 11 AM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will take place in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery, Lancaster, PA.
