Obituary

Enos "Enie" Roy Howry, 83, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025 at the St. Anne's Retirement Community with family by his side.

He was born December 24, 1941 in Lancaster, PA, the son of the late Enos G. and Alberta Howry.

He was a talented drummer who played with numerous bands throughout his life including The Admiral Tones with whom he toured and recorded several albums with. He was a skilled construction worker, as well as a plant manager for Nomad Layton Travel Trailers for 25 years. Later in life, he ran the grounds crew at Outdoor World Circle M where he worked for 10 years. He enjoyed telling stories of his good ole days, spending time with his family and working on projects with his wife and son.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; son, Troy (Lisa); daughter, Kelly (Rob); grandchildren, Hope (Jason), Cody (Abby), Chloe and Gaven; and two sisters, Audrey and Connie.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Dolores and Bette.

Enos' legacy of kindness, selflessness, and devotion to his family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in peace knowing his spirit will forever shine in the lives he touched.

A private ceremony will be held to honor our beloved "Enie". He will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Enos's name to Hospice & Community Care.
