Elsie M. Shaub, 92, of Lancaster passed away peacefully Friday, February 21, 2014 at Hamilton Arms. Born in Leacock, PA she was the daughter of Elsie Heckle Beck. She was married to the late Harry W. Shaub who passed away in 1989.

She worked at a local silk mill for a number of years but spent most of her life as a housewife raising her family.

Elsie was of the Lutheran faith.

She is survived by a son, Robert Q. Shaub, of Lancaster and a daughter, Beverly Ann, wife of Robert F. Martin, of Quarryville. Also surviving is a grandson, Bobby Martin, Jr., a brother, Lloyd Beck and a sister, Evelyn Brown, wife of Adam.

Funeral Services will be at 11AM on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St, Lancaster, PA. A viewing will be held one prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday. Interment in Riverview Burial Park, Lancaster. Flowers will be received.
