Elsie K. "Peg" Keiser, 85, of Lancaster passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at her home. Born in West Chester, PA she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Mamie (Killian) Binkley. She was married to the late Walter C. Keiser, Jr. who passed away in 1992. She is survived by a son, Barry G. Keiser and daughter, Cindy L. Keiser both of Lancaster. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, 2 sisters and one brother. She was preceded in death by son, Walter John Keiser. A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz. Interment to follow in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. Family and friends will be received from 10-11AM at the funeral home on Monday. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the SPCA, 848 S.
