Elizabeth Ralat Touset, affectionately known as "Kuky", passed away at the age of 65 on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 surrounded by her family, at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Angel Touset and Josefina Echevarria.

Elizabeth shared 50 years of marriage with her husband Luis F. Ralat. She was a wonderful homemaker for her family, raising four children and loving two granddaughters.

A devout Christian, Elizabeth worshipped at Lancaster Hispanic Seventh-day Adventist Church. Her most important life work was serving God and her church, fulfilling roles such as a Sabbath School Director, Youth Group Director, church secretary, kitchen helper, and Preacher. Elizabeth offered her expertise to serve in any position needed.

Elizabeth loved to cook and cherished spending time with her family, always feeling blessed being surrounded by her loved ones. She enjoyed shopping for clothes for herself and others and was known for her generosity. When able she enjoyed traveling home to Puerto Rico and visiting nearby beaches. A true foodie, she delighted in exploring new restaurants and dining experiences.

A memorial service will take place 1:00 pm Sunday, June 2, 2024, at Lancaster Hispanic Seventh-day Adventist Church, 346 E. Clay Street, Lancaster, PA 17602.
