Elizabeth D. "Betty" Wissler, 91, of Millersville passed away peacefully with her girls by her side on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Sara (Latshaw) Dunmore. She was the wife of the late Robert N. Wissler who passed away in 2016.

Betty worked at the former law library at the courthouse here in Lancaster for many years.

She was a big fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, enjoyed cooking, loved eating pickles, and spending time with her family at the "windy house" in Ocean View, DE where many memories were made.

Betty is survived by her three daughters, Patricia A. Bond of Millersville, Shari J. Sellers of Lancaster, and Kathy L. Wissler of East Petersburg. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jill M. Miller, brother, John Clark and sister, Frances Pierson.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St, Millersville, PA 17551. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Family and friends will be received from 10-11AM at the funeral home on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Betty's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater PA Chapter, 2595 Interstate Dr, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
