Elid David "Lil David" Gueits, Jr., 24, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. He was the fiancé of Nelly Colon. Born in Lancaster, David was the son of E. David Gueits, Sr. and Stacy Wilson Lovill. David, who was known by many as David, attended J.P. McCaskey High School. Elid loved the Philadelphia Eagles, enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his children. His personality was driven by his confidence, making him a strong leader with a kind and generous heart. David is survived by his three daughters, Deanalise, Danelly, and Delyana. Also surviving are his maternal grandmother, Dorlene F. Chapman, of Willow Street, two brothers, Jonathan Quenones and Dominic Gueits, of Lancaster. A viewing for friends and family will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 from 10AM-12PM at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 East King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. Interment will be in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
