Elaine Lamborn, 82, of St. Louis MO.,  formerly of Lancaster County, died Wednesday, December 5, 2007 after a brief illness.

Mrs. Lamborn, the former Elaine Terrell, was born on December 24, 1924 in Richmond, VA, the daughter of Joseph and Ethel Terrell.

On March 9, 1951 she married Larry Lamborn in Lancaster, PA.  The couple made their home in Lancaster where she worked at various area department stores.

Elaine enjoyed serving others by volunteering at St. Joseph's Hospital, ushering at the Fulton and singing in the choir at Christ United Methodist Church where she was a member for many years.

Survivors include one son and his wife, Rick and Judy Lamborn of St. Louis, MO, four grandchildren and a sister, Evelyn St. Denis of Mountville, PA.

Viewing will be at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home Inc. 441 North George Street, Millersville at 11:30am on Monday, December 10, 2007 with a memorial service beginning at 1:00pm.  Interment will follow at Conestoga Memorial Park in Lancaster.
