Edwin D. Sieber, Jr., 83, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully at his home on January 17, 2026. Born in Lewistown, PA, he was the son of the late Edwin Sr. and Anna Sieber. He was also the loving husband of Salome D. (Gibb) for 60 years.

Ed was a teacher at Conestoga Valley School District and, notably, a scorekeeper for the boys' basketball team there. He was also devout in his Lutheran Faith, being a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church. He was also a member of the Reading/Ephrata Elks.

Edwin is survived by his wife; his children Craig (Angela) Sieber and Todd (Tamara) Sieber; and grandchildren Alyssa Sieber, Alex (Alyssa) Sieber, Shauna Sieber, and Nick Sieber.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Zion Lutheran Church, 18 Quarry Rd., Leola, PA 17540 at 3PM, with no visitation prior. Edwin will be laid to rest in Zion Lutheran Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church at the address above.
