Edward "Ted" Albert Monk, 86, of Berlin, MD, formerly of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013.  Born on February 19, 1927 in London, England he was the son of the late Thomas Monk & Elsie Slater Monk.

Ted retired from the Fuller Company, Manheim, PA as a machinist.  He enjoyed gardening and woodworking.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Peggy Monk.

He is survived by his daughter Jacqueline Geiger, wife of Joseph, of Berlin, MD, three grandchildren, Alan Geiger,  husband of Vanessa, Willow Street, Eric Geiger, husband of Ashley, of Lancaster,  and Joseph Geiger, Jr., of Lititz, four great grandchildren, Reese, Bailey, Saylor and Blake.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30AM on Saturday, April 6 2013 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St. Lancaster, PA.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
