Edward L. Drummer, 87 years old, of Pottsville, passed away December 13, 2020. Edward was born January 9, 1933 in Pottsville. He was the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Yost) Drummer of Pottsville.

He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley (Adams) Drummer; and seven brothers and sisters, Joe, John, Mary, Catherine, Hank, William and Fritz.

Edward is survived by three sons, Edward, Jr. (Debra) of Pine Grove, Bryan (Anne) of Harrisburg and Jeffery of New Ringgold; a daughter Deborah spouse of Lester Ruhl, Pottsville, a sister Catherine of Maryland; eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Pottsville. He was previously employed by the Pottsville Hospital South in the maintenance department for 24 years.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
