Edgardo LaBoy, 53 of York, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at his home. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Angelina Perez, and the late Carmelo LaBoy.  Edgardo was known to give the shirt off his back and had the largest heart of anyone you would meet. When walking into a room, everyone immediately knew of his presence by the laughter and jokes he would make to his friends and family. More than anything he was proud to be from Philadelphia. Edgardo could always be found repping his beloved Philadelphia Eagles, and Phillies. During his down time, he could be found listening to his Spanish music and always enjoyed the solace he found while fishing.

Surviving in addition to his mom, Angelina, are three children, Edgardo Brazil LaBoy fiancé of Ashley Marie Pagan, Brianna LaBoy, Juan Guerrero, four grandchildren, Aeslyn, Skylin, Axton and Saraylen as well as two brothers, Jerry Luis LaBoy and Edbert LaBoy as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Edgardo's Funeral Service at Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home and Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike North, Willow Street, PA 17584, on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing and time of visitation on Thursday evening at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 PM and again Friday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Lancaster.

Family is asking to wear Philadelphia apparel to the service.
