Earl Rhodes, 82, of Jamaica, and Lancaster, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.

Born in Cambridge, Jamaica, he was the son of the late Edward C. and Rachel Reid Rhodes.

Earl had worked as a mason and bricklayer for City Limits Property Management in Lancaster for 30 years until his retirement.

Earl loved to travel and see the world, visiting many countries and continents, such as England, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, Australia, Israel, China, and many countries in both South America and Africa. He is survived by his son: Dorrel George Rhodes of Jamaica and Lancaster; and by his siblings: Elma Tringle, Icyline Gooden, Mary J. Stephens, and Hugh G. Rhodes.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 10-11AM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King St., Lancaster, PA, with the Funeral Service to follow at 11AM. Interment in Mellingers Mennonite Cemetery.
