E. Clyde Miller, 82, of Lititz, died Saturday, September 12, 2015, at Moravian Manor. Born in Johnstown he was the husband of the late Barbara C. Miller and the son of the late Elmer Clyde Miller, Sr. and Mabel V. (Bonholtzer) Miller. Clyde was employed by Burnham Corp. for 23 years until his retirement in 1994. After his retirement he enjoyed spending time in Florida. He cherished his children and grandchildren, and his family was the center of his life. Clyde will be missed greatly by those whose lives he touched. He is survived by his children: Joseph B. Miller (Sherrie) of West Milford, NJ, Patricia J. Gundling (David) of Emmaus, Gail M. Denby (Richard) of Dunkirk, MD, Chris Bennethum (Joseph) of Lancaster, Barbara M. Whitcomb of Lewes, DE, Kathy M. Erisman (Bob) of Reinholds, and William C. Miller (Christy) of East Earl; 13 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and one on the way; and 1 brother, William C. Miller of Delaware City, DE. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Edna Hoppert and Phyllis Griffith; one brother, Gene Miller; and one grandson, Adam Whitcomb. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at Charles F. Snyder, Jr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz. Friends will be received from 9:30 to 11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Kindly omit flowers.
