Dorothy Biesecker, 99, of Conestoga, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Jerry R. Biesecker, who passed away in 1976. Born in Galveston, TX, she was the daughter of the late Edward H. and Hazel C. Foley Harris. Dorothy had worked for 40 years as a dental lab technician, with her last 20 years of service with the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic. She was a member of St. Philip The Apostle Catholic Church. Dorothy enjoyed gardening, reading, sewing, and caring for her cats and dogs. She is survived by her daughter, Hazel C. married to Gary R. Shindle of Conestoga, her 3 grandsons Richard, Christopher married to Stephanie, and Gregory fiancée of Cheyenne Santoriello, and by her 3 great grandsons Ethan, Jacob, and Lawless. Friends will be received on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 10-11AM at St. Philip The Apostle Catholic Church, 2111 Millersville Pike, Lancaster, PA, with the Mass to follow at 11AM.
