Doris Jean Schock, 75, of Lancaster, passed away on May 4, 2024 at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Holtwood, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Hattie (Grisome) Reath.

Jean worked as a housekeeper for 27 years at Hamilton Arms in Lancaster. Every morning, she would make sure to read her Bible. Her hobbies included reading, watching tv, and spending time outside. She always enjoyed going to Long's Park with her son, Mike to sit by the pond. She loved feeding the birds and squirrels.

Jean is survived by her children, Michael Schock, Shawn (Karen) Schock, and Mandy Pauly; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Per Jean's wishes, services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
