It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donald F. Keim, who departed from this world on March 7, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on July 27, 1940, in Lancaster, he was the eldest son of the late Leo F. and Lorraine Keim.
Donald will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Mary Jo Keim, and their sons, Gregory Keim, husband of Christine of Lititz, and David C. Keim of WA, a granddaughter, Danielle M. Langey, wife of Benjamin of Downingtown, and his siblings, Lorraine Yeager (P. Thomas), L. Stephen Keim (Suzanne), Gregory T. Keim (Carole), and Christopher D. Keim (Lou). He was a devoted husband, father, and cherished "Pop-Pop," whose presence brought joy to all who knew him.
Donald dedicating 19 years to a successful career in sales management at Revlon, and also represented other esteemed companies, including Kraft Foods, Penn Dairies, Yardley of London, and Max Factor.
A resident of Lititz for over 30 years, Donald and Mary Jo raised their family in this vibrant community. He was a proud member of the 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus #2294, embodying a spirit of service and dedication to his faith. His passion for traveling took him and Mary Jo to New Zealand and Australia, and they explored 48 states together, visiting many national and state parks along the way. An avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan and Penn State Football fan, he also had a profound interest in antique automobiles and WWII-era airplanes.
A Memorial Service will be held in honor of Don's life on March 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. Prior to the service, there will be a visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for family and friends to gather and pay their respects. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Don's name are encouraged to be sent to Our Lady of the Angels School , or Hospice & Community Care .
