Donald W. Fisher, 53, of Manheim Township, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Hospice of Lancaster County. Born in Willow Street, PA he was the son of the late Donald G. and the late Joanna L. Fisher. He was the husband of Ellen C. Fisher, with whom he had been happily married to for over 28 years.

Don had been employed by Clark Associates for the past 20 years, and had worked as a professional chef for 15 years prior to that at various restaurants throughout the Lancaster area. Don enjoyed coaching baseball, fishing, cooking, motorcycles and spending time with his family. He was a longtime member of the Jack Daniel's Tennessee Squire Association.

In addition to his wife, Don is survived by two children, Donald C. Fisher, of Philadelphia, and Peter W. Fisher, of Norristown, PA. Also surviving a sister, Cathy Casper, of Mechanicsburg. He was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Fisher, and sister, Joan E. Fisher.

A Mass of Christian will be 10AM Saturday, July 21, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 119 S. Prince St., Lancaster with Rev. Leo Goodman as Celebrant. A viewing will be 7-9PM Friday at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz. Interment in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
