Donald W. Crist, 87, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015, at Conestoga View Nursing Home. Born in Columbia to the late Ervin and Mary Elizabeth (Lockard) Crist, Donald was the loving husband of Virginia B. (Buohl) Crist. Don worked as a foundry foreman for Pennsylvania Malleable until his retirement. He was a long-time member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Lancaster. Don was a coin collecting enthusiast. In addition to his wife, Virginia, Don is survived by his son, Kenneth L. Crist, husband of Carol, of Towson, MD and his granddaughter Ami Crist, whom he affectionately called, "Angel." Funeral Services for Don will be held at 11AM, Friday, June 12, 2015 at the Conestoga View Nursing Home Chapel, 900 E. King St., Lancaster, PA 17602, with the Rev. David Kreider officiating. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service, in the chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Cemetery, Christiana.
