Donald E. Brown, Sr., 79, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Manor Care of Lancaster. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Phillip W. and Frances Taltoan Brown. Donald had worked as a manager for Armstrong World Industries. He is survived by his 2 sons: Donald E. Jr. married to Patricia Brown of Atlantic City, NJ, and Phillip W. married to Sandra Brown of Lancaster; his 2 daughters Lorae married to Steven Israel of Charlotte, NC and Donnae Brown of Harrisburg. He is also survived by his 10 loving grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Gary L. Brown. Friends may call at the Charles F.
