Diane M. Underwood, 60, of Lititz, passed away, Friday, March 17, 2017 at home. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of Gertrude (Bush) and the late Frank Matylewich. She was married to Marvin Underwood for over 42 years. Diane enjoyed attending craft shows and collecting baskets. But most of all she loved spending time with her family. In addition to her husband, Marvin, she is survived by her children: Michelle Shoultz (John) of Lititz and son, Michael Underwood of Lititz. Also surviving are two grandchildren: Brett and Maegan Shoultz of Lititz and one great-granddaughter, Cassidy Shoultz of Lititz. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Matylewich. Funeral Services will be held at 4PM on Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Family and friends will be received two hours prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday.
