Debra Lynn Rowe 66, of Nottingham, PA, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.

Debbie was born in Coatesville, PA, on July 10,1957. She was the daughter of Ruth E. Taylor, of Nottingham, and the late Harold Brown.

She was the wife of William J Rowe, of Nottingham, with whom she shared 37 years of marriage.

She enjoyed bingo, cooking, baking, and TV shows Chicago Fire, P.D, and Med. Most importantly, she enjoyed being a grandmother.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by 3 sons: Carlos "Punky" Arroyo, husband of PeggySue, of Nottingham, Eric Rowe of Little Britain, and Jerry Sanchez, husband of Lisa, of Oxford, and her daughter, Amanda Arroyo, of Drumore; 10 grandkids; 7 great-grandkids; 4 brothers: Gary Brown, husband of Deneen, of Advance, NC, Robbie Brown, husband of Danice, of Perryville, MD, Tom "Huggy" Brown, husband of Becky, of Holtwood, and Timmy Brown, husband of Roxanne, of Conowingo, MD; and 2 sisters: Ruthann "Sissy" Campbell, of Harmony, NC and Cindy McNamara, of Nottingham.

Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Harold Brown, stepfather, Francis Taylor, 3 nieces: Heather and Kayla Brown, and Missy Longueil, and 1 nephew, Shane Brown.

Memorial Services for Debbie will be announced at a later date.
