Deborahlynn Forbes, 54, of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Born in Lansdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Dorothea Fitzgerald. Deborahlynn enjoyed visiting Black Rock Retreat. Her favorite days were spent with her family, camping, and attending Messiah College events. Deborahlynn was diagnosed with DISH as well as ankylosing spondylitis. She faced this challenge with grace and determination. She inspired many with her bravery, courage, and invincible spirit. She will be remembered for her faith and tenacious personality as well as her devotion to her children and granddaughter. She was positive and enthusiastic in all that she did, from studying her bible to her devotionals. She is survived by her children: James Weber of New Cumberland, Leslie McRobbie (Peter) of Lancaster, and Taylor Forbes of Lancaster; her granddaughter, Audrey; and several brothers and sisters. She is preceded in death by her brothers: Rick and Bruce Hensler and her niece, Sarah Hensler. Her body has been donated for scientific research in accordance with her wishes. Because of this gift, the pain she suffered in this lifetime will now help others. She was generous in death as she was in life.
