Deborah R. Tweed, 79, of Masonic Village, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Columbia Pa, she was the daughter of the late Harold L. & Myrtice Lefever. She was the devoted wife of the late, William H. Tweed.

Many will remember Deborah for her years of dedicated service at J.P. McCaskey High School where she was the attendance clerk and receptionist. After retirement, she found joy in researching genealogy, putting together puzzles and adult coloring books. Her greatest rewards in life were being a mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren meant everything to her, and she cherished every moment she spent with them.

Deborah's love and kindness will continue to shine through her children, Stephanie Phillips, wife of Matthew, William Tweed, Jr., husband of Kimberly, Tracey Barley, wife of Roy E. Barley Jr. and Elizabeth Beal, wife of Greg; grandchildren, Brittany, Danielle, Jared, Zach, Mike, Kelly, Derek, Steven, Madeline, Marcus, Austin, Alex, and Aislynn; grandpets, Sissy & Tod, and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her parents, husband and sister, Joann Martin.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Masonic Villages.

Services have been entrusted to the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory.
