Deborah A. Mooney, age 72, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2024. Born in Lancaster, Deborah was the beloved daughter of Dolores Mooney and the late Donald Mooney.

Deborah attended Warwick High School before pursuing her passion for nursing at the Willow Street VoTech School of Nursing, where she became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She devoted her entire career to the medical field, retiring after 27 dedicated years at Rothsville Family Practice.

Known for her hard work and unwavering support for her family, Deborah had a passion for gardening and crafts, particularly needlework. An active member of St. James Episcopal Church, she sang in the choir. Deborah cherished her three cats and enjoyed playing games with her family.

She is survived by her loving mother, Dolores; her son, David; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Kayla, and Donald. Deborah will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
