David W. Wright, 53, of Warwick Twp., Lititz, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018 in the comfort of his home. David was born in Harrisburg to the late Fred and Gloria (Gibbons) Wright. Dave was a graduate of Hempfield High School and Millersville University with a degree in chemistry and marine biology. He was an Instrument Software Specialist for Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories in Leola for over 30 years. Dave was proud of his Scottish and Irish heritage and enjoyed Celtic music. He was an avid Philadelphia Flyers fan, enjoyed going to the Iron Fit Gym in Lititz, had a green thumb exemplified through his love of orchids, and had a passion for English history. One of his favorite places to visit was the Bulls Head Public House in Lititz, where he would enjoy time with his son, Aaron. Dave is survived by his son Aaron D. Wright, Lititz; two brothers Jon, husband of Karen Wright, Landisville, and Keith, husband of Debbi Wright, Waxhaw, NC; his in-laws Diane and Gene Romano, Columbia. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Jen Basom, Camp Hill, former wife, Adrienne Hughes, Lititz, and several nieces and nephews. A gathering for friends and family will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 2-4pm at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr., Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pk. Lititz, PA 17543.
