David A. Pearson III, 76, of Lancaster formerly of Belmont, MA passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Born in Lawrence, MA he was the son of the late David A. II and Phyllis (Pye) Pearson. He was the loving husband of Susan (Vinciguerra) Pearson with whom he shared over 23 years of marriage.

He worked as a conductor for Amtrak for over 42 years and has enjoyed retirement living in the Lancaster area.

David was a known animal lover and always had a treat for one upon request. He was a very well-liked man who always was giving candy out and was proudly known as the "candy man."

David was an avid train collector and enjoyed his time running model trains with his friends. He also enjoyed special trips on the real railroads as well!
