David R. DeJesus, 66, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at LGH. Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Alejandro and Alejandrina Rivera DeJesus. He is survived by his wife, Gregoria DeJesus, of Washington Boro. David was a local business owner of David & Son's Auto Sales in Columbia, PA, but will also be remembered as being a jokester and very humorous. In his spare time his hobbies included farming, gardening, cooking, fishing, and attending family gatherings. In addition to his wife he is survived by four daughters: Elizabeth DeJesus, Jenny DeJesus, Bedsaida DeJesus, and Betsy DeJesus; four sons: David DeJesus, Jr., Jonny Fernandez, Martin Rodriguez, and Angel Rosa; 24 grandchildren, one great grandchild, four brothers: Avelino DeJesus, Altemio DeJesus, Jacob DeJesus, and Juan DeJesus; and five sisters, Eva DeJesus, Rosalia DeJesus, Ela Virgen DeJesus, Carmen Lucy DeJesus and Rachel DeJesus. A viewing will be held at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602 on Friday, March 24th from 6PM-9PM, with a 8PM Service, and again Saturday from 10AM-12PM. Interment immediately following at Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery, 1918 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602.
