David Charles Johnson, 31, of Lancaster, PA, passed away unexpectedly on August 23, 2013 in Green Bay, WI. Born in Rochester, NY, he was the son of Charles M. and Judith A. Johnson. Dave was the loving husband of Stephanie (Wagner) Johnson with whom he celebrated 4 years together. Dave loved being a dad and cherished his daughter, Haleigh Anne Johnson.

Dave graduated in 2000 from Manheim Township High School. He achieved a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Penn State University in 2004. In addition, he was a member of the Actuarial Society. Dave worked at Overlook Golf Course as the assistant golf pro for many years and was an avid golfer. Most recently he held a position as a district sales manager for Erie Insurance Company.

David was a devoted father, husband and was loyal to his friends. He enjoyed watching Notre Dame, Yankees and Syracuse. He loved to talk basketball, college football and golf with his friends. Dave was kindhearted and could talk to anyone.

In addition to his wife, daughter and parents, Dave is survived by a brother Kevin Johnson of Rochester, NY and sister Melissa Werner of Chelsea, MI.

A viewing will be held from 5-8PM on Friday, August 30, 2013 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543, and again from 11-1PM on Saturday at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held at 1PM following the viewing with Rev.
