David R. Boas, 71, of Manheim, passed away at home on Sunday, January 26, 2025, with his loving wife by his side. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Richard P. and Miriam R. (Eckman) Boas. He was the loving husband of Esther (Nolt) Boas with whom he shared over 48 years of marriage.

He was a graduate of Warwick High School. David worked as a photographer for over 20 years for the Lancaster Newspaper.

David loved cars and enjoyed sports. He was of Christian faith.

In addition to his wife, Esther, he is survived by his brother, Glenn R. Boas of Neffsville.

A Service Celebrating David's Life will be held at 10AM on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Spacht Snyder Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 127 S. Broad St, Lititz, PA 17543. Family and friends will be received from 9:30-10AM at the funeral home on Thursday.
