David R. Andrews, 65, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late William E. and Evelyn N. (Groff) Andrews.

Mr. Andrews worked in the Heating and Air conditioning industry and previously worked at Coe camera Shop in Lancaster. He graduated from McCaskey High in 1960 and attended Rider College. He was an avid reader and Chicago Bears fan. He was a member of the Elstonville Sportsman Association.

Surviving is his sister Joan M. Carpenter, married to Howard R. of Lititz,  a stepson, Joshua Chapman of Newark DE, a niece Lisa Schouten, married to Ian L. of Lititz, and two grand nieces, Lauren and Sara Schouten of Lititz.

At David's request, funeral services will be private, and at the convenience of the family.
