Dat T. Phan, 70, a beloved, husband and brother of Lancaster passed away Monday, September 16, 2024, at Neffsville Nursing & Rehabilitation. Born in Saigon, Vietnam on July 23, 1954, he was the son of the late Tan Thanh Phan and Cao Thi Nguyen. He was the husband of Kim Loan Bui who he had been married to since 2000.

He worked at the Shady Maple Smorgasbord.

In addition to his wife, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews survive him.
