Darlene K. Fischer, 68, of Willow Street, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023, at The Gardens at Easton. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Jean (Kilby) Dommel. Darlene was the loving wife of Ronald Fischer, with whom she celebrated almost 23 years of marriage.

Darlene was a 1972 graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School. She worked as a CNA at Moravian Manor and Willow Valley for over 20 years.

Of the Greek Orthodox faith, she was best known for her cooking and baking, especially her apple pies. Darlene had the unique ability of bringing together her blended family; she was loved and adored by all who knew her.

Darlene is survived by her children: Rhonda (Angel) Ramos; Antonio (Johanna) Karantonis; and Matthew (Elizabeth) Fischer; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Sandy (Gary) Strubel. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Faye Simpson and Shirley Kilby.
