Daren Lewis, Sr., 50, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 after a brave battle with cancer. Born in Lancaster, PA he was the son of Dorothy (Hogue) Lewis and Joseph D. Lewis. He was the beloved husband to Heather (Sevage) Lewis of Osceola, PA.

Daren was a devout Christian and loved to listen to gospel music. He spent his youth participating in wrestling and football. He enjoyed watching old movies and playing video games. Mostly he cherished spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Daren Jr. and Danae Lewis; his siblings: James, Dustin and Virginia Lewis, Doris Clark, Bonnie Taylor, Joseph Lewis and Patricia Winder, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist with expenses.

A Home Going Service will be held at 12PM on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, 414 E. King Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. Family and friends will be received from 11AM until the time of service. Interment will be private.
