Daniel A. Lefever, 50, of Washington Boro, PA, passed away on August 22, 2025.

Born on May 23, 1975, in Lancaster, he was the son of Lloyd Lefever and the late Marguerite Lefever. Daniel was a 1994 graduate of Penn Manor High School.

Growing up on the family farm, Daniel developed a lifelong love for tractors and working with his hands. In high school, he rebuilt his first motor on the family tractor, a project that sparked his passion for mechanics. He also had a natural talent for woodworking, building furniture that his family continues to cherish. Beyond this, Daniel enjoyed model trains and wooden models, and he especially loved visiting Strasburg Railroad with his sister.

Daniel is survived by his father, Lloyd Lefever and wife Margo, of Rome, PA; his sister Sylvia Frey and husband Derek, of Washington Boro; his nephews Will, Dave, and Steve Frey; his aunt, Nancy Groff and husband Merle, of Lancaster; stepbrother, Keith Martin and stepsisters, Anita Mariao-Savage, Dee Witmer and Tammy Mann and many extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marguerite Lefever, as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A service celebrating Daniel's life will be held on Saturday October 11th, 2025, at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 441 N. George Street, Millersville, PA, at 11am with visitation prior from 10-11am. Interment will follow at New Providence Mennonite Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest beside his mother.
