Dandy V. Togonon-Diaz, 73, of Lancaster passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Cebu City, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Fructuoso Togonon and Julita Vocales, and loving wife to Manuel Diaz with whom they shared 18 years together.

She was a member of the Lancaster Rotary Club, the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Cebu Gloria Maris and a devoted member of the LCBC Church. She loved traveling around the world and ballroom dancing with her husband.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Mavette, Ava Mella, Marie Sol and Dustin, and four grandchildren, Xenia, Yenzo, Victor Gabriel and Victor Miguel. A service celebrating Dandy's life will be held: Date & Time: Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 4 pm Address: Charles F. Family and friends will be received from 3 – 4 pm at the funeral. A private interment will be held in the Philippines at a later date.
