D. Lorraine Frey, 87, longtime resident of United Zion Retirement Community in Lititz, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017. Born in Columbia, PA she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy Mae (Clark) Houck. She was the loving wife of the late Charles E. Frey who passed away January 8, 2016. She worked at Boscov's department store for many years. Lorraine enjoyed doing word puzzles but her greatest joy in life was being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia A. "Patti" wife of John Hartman of Lancaster, five grandchildren, Jeremy Cadorette (Souad), Nikki Weaver (David), Ryan Frey, Jennifer Hartnett (Shane), Kyle Hartman, eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles E. Frey, Jr. and her daughter-in-law, Dorothy "Dottie" Frey. Funeral Services for Lorraine will be held at 11AM on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday. Interment will be in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the United Zion Retirement Community, 722 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, PA 17543.
