Cynthia Ann Phillips (nee Rehkugler), age 52 of Christiana, PA, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 8, 2024.

Cindy was born and raised in the southern end of Lancaster County. Cindy graduated from Solanco High School in 1989 and furthered her education with a Bachelor Degree in Health Science from Lock Haven University. Cindy was a devoted wife to Ricky Phillips, and mother to her beloved dogs Groovy and Willow. Family, friends and most definitely a good laugh were always at the top of her priorities list. Cindy loved creating and maintaining flowering horticulture masterpieces.

She was loved by many, and loved many as well. Those left to cherish her memory include Ricky Phillips (husband), Judy Sweigart-Bracken (mother), Roy Rehkugler (father), Jody Sweigart (brother), Greg Rehkugler (brother), Misty Rehkugler (sister-in-law), Lilliana Rehkugler (niece), Jody "Allen" Sweigart, Jr. (nephew), Jon Sweigart (nephew), Tristan Rehkugler (nephew), plus many aunts, uncles and cousins – along with many friends whose hearts she has touched.

The family will have a celebration of life at a time yet to be determined.
