Crystal R. Bausher, 71, formerly of Leola, passed away at Neffsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. She was born in Hershey, the daughter of the late C. Robert and Jeanne (Gantz) Fackler.

A 1973 graduate of Conestoga Valley High School, Crystal enlisted in the Navy in November 1974 and served four years as a Yeoman until 1978. Then Crystal worked as a cashier for Giant in Reading where she connected with her fellow community just by showing up as her authentic self.

She was a woman of Faith and devout Christian who spent her life spreading the gospel to anyone who she came across. Crystal attended The Worship Center. Crystal's love for her cats knew no bounds- she loved her cats Peaches and Cuppy so much that she carried photos of them around to show to anyone she could. She enjoyed making latch hook rugs, spending time at home with her son and cats, and found comfort in the simple ways of life.

Crystal's family includes her son Derich C. Bausher and her "future daughter" Misty Stultz of Mechanicsburg, and her brother Robert L. Fackler, husband of Claudia of Ephrata. In addition to her parents, Crystal was preceded in death by her brothers David R. Fackler and Michael G. Fackler.

Private interment will take place in Trumbauer Memorial Cemetery in Leola.
