Confesor Castro-Medina, 71, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Born in Moca, Dominican Republic to the late Jose Antonio Castro and Maria del Carmen Medina. He was the husband of Hildalisa Cuevas of Lancaster.

Confessor loved spending time with his family and grandchildren and he greatly enjoyed watching baseball on tv and going to the horse races. He attended San Juan Bautista Catholic Church. Confesor retired from Tyson Foods.

He is survived by his three children, Martha A. Castro, of Bilbao, Spain, Kirsy I. Castro of Italy, Elvis I. Castro of Santo Domingo, DR; his step-daughter, Hilcar Mora-Cuevas of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Charleny Germosen Castro, Jose D. Germosen Castro, Alexander Castro, and Yadiel Castro; his siblings, Luz Castro, Maria Castro, Maria A. Castro, Teresa Castro and Juan Castro; and his nieces and nephews.

A visitation for family and friends will begin at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel and the funeral service will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543.
