Clifford Burns, Jr., 70, of Lancaster, died at Conestoga View on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Clifford, Sr. and Hazel Bowser Burns.

Clifford was married to his wife Eilaine M. Winters Burns for 40 years before her death in 2005. He worked in janitorial services for Morris Maintenance and was an avid Phillies fan.

Surviving Clifford are three children: Karen, wife of Leon "Marty" Miller of Lancaster, Doug Burns of Tulsa, OK, and Gail, wife of John Howells of Lancaster; nine grandchildren: Christopher, Brittany and Alyssa Miller, Tanya, Kymberlin and Tara Burns, and Jake, Joshua and Bella Howells; his great-granddaughter Harmony Miller; and three sisters: Virginia, wife of Patrick Parks of Lititz, Jacqueline Hellman of Virginia and Susan, wife of Donald Horst of Mountville.

The Graveside Service and Interment will take place 11 AM Monday, June 16, 2014, at Riverview Burial Park, South Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. Memorial Contributions may be mailed to Hospice & Community Care, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
