Christopher J. Johnston, 50 , of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, March 10 ^th , 2009 at his residence. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Kathryn (Byers) Johnston of Quarryville and the late Bayard S. Johnston. Christopher was married to Stephanie M. (Sok) Johnston on May 5 ^th , 1996.

Mr. Johnston was employed by RR Donnelly as an Assistant Pressman for 28 years. He was an avid Eagles fan with season tickets and enjoyed fishing in his spare time. Christopher graduated from Lampeter – Strasburg in 1976.

Surviving are his mother, wife, one son, Michael J. Johnston of Ephrata, one daughter, Emily C. Johnston at home, one brother, Peter Johnston, husband of Jane, of East Berlin, three sisters, Carol, wife of Steve Bowman of Chambersburg, Nancy, wife of Jim Bloodsworth of California, Susan, wife of Randy Rambo of  Buck, several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home Inc, 441 North George Street, Millersville, PA, 17551 on Saturday, March 14 ^th , 2009 at 2PM. There will be a visitation from 12PM until the time of the service.
