Christine M. Hall, 51, of Lancaster passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 16, 2014. Born in Bethlehem, PA she was the daughter of William L. and Barbara C. (Grindl) Drescher.

Chris was a 1981 graduate of Manheim Township High School and worked for various insurance companies such as Nationwide, Westfield and Murray Securus in Lancaster, and most recently Miller's Mutual Group in Harrisburg. She also worked part time at Scooter's Restaurant & Bar in Lititz, and Bright's Restaurant in Ephrata. She was a career-minded perfectionist who loved people, always approaching projects and life with enthusiasm and a smile. She had a unique sense of style and character in all aspects of her life.

Well loved by family and friends, Chris enjoyed vacations to the beach, especially to Ocean City, Maryland, Bethany, and Rehoboth beaches. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she made everyone's holiday very special. She also volunteered for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, John W. Drescher, of Atlanta, GA, and an uncle, William F. Grindl, husband of Meryl, of Celebration, FL. Also surviving are numerous cousins and loving family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Mary Grindl.

A Memorial Service celebrating Chris's Life will be held at 2PM on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz. The family will receive friends from 12-2PM at the funeral home on Saturday. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
