Christian A. Graybill, 80, of Manheim, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at the Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Robert J. Graybill, Sr. and Martha Mae (Sanders) Graybill. Christian was the husband of Doris J. (Eisenberger) Graybill to whom he had been married for 60 years.

A veteran, he served in the U.S. Army in the 7th Division Army Infantry during the Korean Conflict receiving the Purple Heart and the Combat Infantry Badge.

Christian worked as an inspector with Alcoa for 32 years. He also worked at Precision Form, Inc. and at the Manheim Auto Auction for 14 years. He was a life member of the P.J. Bair VFW Post #7418, Gap, PA and the Disabled American Veterans. Christian also attended Calvary Monument Bible Church, Paradise, PA.

In addition to his wife, Doris, Christian is survived by a daughter, Karin L. Enck, wife of Kenneth, of Manheim; a son, Brian L. Graybill, husband of Jeanette, of Lancaster; 5 grandchildren: Kenny, Kristy, Kim, Jay and Deanna; 2 great-grandchildren: Ryan and Dylan; and 5 siblings: Judy Brubaker, wife of Rev. Gerald Brubaker, of Lancaster, Margaret Urban, wife of Pastor George Urban, of East Earl Township, Janet Kauffman, wife of John, of Conestoga, Shirley Coldiron, wife of Harold, of Cochranville, PA, and Gerald Graybill, husband of Mary, of Ephrata.

Christian was preceded in death by a son, Christian A. Graybill, Jr., 5 brothers and 2 sisters.

A Funeral Service will be at 11 AM on Monday, December 16, 2013 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543 with Pastor George Urban and Rev. Gerald Brubaker officiating. A viewing will be from 10-11 AM at the funeral home. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
