Charles B. Hill, of Willow Valley, passed away on September 10, 2025, at the age of 88. Born in Mt. Vernon, New York, he was the son of the late Bryant and Lydia (Beatty) Hill and the husband of 33 years to the late Gay Hill.

Charles dedicated his professional life to Incentive Marketing then upon retirement, transitioned to working for the Veterans Administration.

Beyond his career, Charles loved cars and had a passion for Lionel model trains. An avid outdoorsman, Charles cherished his time spent camping. Gardening was another of his beloved pastimes, as he took pride in nurturing plants.

Charles leaves behind his children: Jennifer A. Cruz, Katheryn A. Raser and Christine M. Peek; four grandchildren; Scotty, Charlie, Carmen, and Samantha and two great grandchildren: Alaina and Eleanor.
