Chad M. Linton, 40, of Lancaster, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019. Born in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of Karen (Bloom) Linton and the late Mitchell J Linton.

Chad graduated from Manheim Township High School and attended Lancaster Bible College. He enjoyed playing volleyball with his friends and was the director of Tournament Operations at SixPacksVB. He was also a talented graphic designer. Chad loved spending time with his friends, family, or hanging out around a bbq or campfire. Most of all he cherished time with his friends and family. He will be remembered for his compassion and giving personality and for being very kind and humble. Selflessness and caring were his greatest characteristics.

He is survived by his siblings: Thomas "TJ" Linton of Lancaster and Tara Plackey of Lancaster; his nieces: Ava Linton, Keira Plackey, and Halli Plackey, and his nephew Nicolas Plackey.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5PM on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Lancaster Alliance Church, 210 Pitney Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601. Friends and family will be received from 4PM to 5PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lancaster Alliance Church (memo) Student Ministries Mission Trips, Address above. Interment will be private.
