Cecilia E. Troupe, 76, of Lancaster, went to be with her Lord on Monday, December 22, 2008.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Dolores Tedeschi Lopez.

Cecilia was working for Sweets and Treats in Strasburg for the past 10 years until this past October. Previously, she had also waitressed for 30 years at many local restaurants and had also worked for 7 years in the family business, the former Video 54 store in Lancaster.

She was a member of St John Neumann Catholic Church, where she was active in the monthly food drive, and traveled with other members of the parish on trips.

Cecilia enjoyed traveling on AARP trips, enjoyed reading and flowers, loved her cat, and loved to garden.

She is survived by her children: Cecilia  married to Marty Lutke of St. Louis, MO, Carol married to Michael Lease of Springdale, AR, Harold  married to Denise Troupe of Lititz, Barbara  married to Robert Derr of Sumter, SC, Susan married to Donald Reikard of Lancaster, Arthur  married to Beverly Troupe of Lancaster, Richard Troupe of Frackville, Michael  married to Valerie Troupe of Rheems, Henry  married to Linda Troupe of Manheim,  Teresa  married to Larry Reihl of Lancaster, Marsha married to Tony Bauder of East Earl, and Daniel  married to Sherri Troupe of Manheim; 30 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her half brothers, Tommy and Edward.

Friends will be received on Friday at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 601 E. Delp Rd., Lancaster from 10-11AM, with the Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11AM, the Msgr. Richard Youtz as Celebrant. Interment will be private.
