Cecilia T. Hess, 91, of Lancaster died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at home. Born in Hockessin, DE, she was the daughter of the late Lillian Sexton and Michael Regan. She was married to the late Ralph J Hess who passed in 2017. She is survived by a son, Edward Hess, Sr.; 2 grandchildren: Judy Hess and Edward Hess, Jr., all of Lancaster; and 7 great-grandchildren. Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
