Catherine F. Zajac, 77, of 1019 Jeffrey Lane, Lititz, died Tuesday at Lancaster General Hospital.

She was the wife of the late John S. Zajac, who died in 1990. Born in Conshohocken, Catherine was the daughter of the late Victor and Catherine Piziak Frost.

Catherine had been a homemaker, and had formerly worked in the 1950s and 1960s for the Freas Glass Co, and as a teacher's aide at the Harvey Walker School, both in Conshohocken.

She was a member of St. James Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Silver Liners. She also enjoyed making crafts for the church bazaar.

She is survived by 3 sons: Jon D. married to Jacqueline T. Zajac of Manheim, David A. of Las Vegas NV, and Ronald Dennis  married to Rosemary Zajac of Collegeville. Catherine is also survived by 5 grandchildren, a sister, Teresa Brandel of New Plymouth Idaho, and a brother, Jack "Sonny" Frost of Casper Wyoming.

Friends will be received on Monday from 930-11AM at St. James Catholic Church, 505 Woodcrest Ave., Lititz, PA 17543, with Mass to follow at 11AM. Interment in the Brunnerville United Methodist Cemetery. Flowers will be received, or contributions may be made in Catherine's memory to St. James Catholic Church.
